• Low-quality photos may affect output; this is not considered a defect.
• Design previews, templates, or examples serve as style guides, and minor variations may occur due to printing methods or materials.
• Once your order enters design or production, cancellations are not allowed.
All custom-made items are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable, unless the error is on our end. (See Refunds & Returns Policy.)
