At Aureline Gift Studio, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and made especially for you. Because many of our products are customized based on your submitted information, photos, and chosen styles, we aim to ensure absolute clarity and transparency regarding returns and refunds.

📌 Custom-Made Items (Made-to-Order)
Most Aureline products are personalized, meaning they are created based on:
• Information you fill out
• Photos you upload
• Style, colors, or layout you select
For this reason, all custom-made orders are final and non-refundable once processed, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our end.
We highly encourage customers to double-check all details before checking out.

⛔ Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
• Incorrect details provided by the customer
• Low-quality or blurry uploaded photos
• Change of mind after the order has been processed or printed
• Preferences in design style that differ from customer expectations (when we followed the chosen template/theme)
If the final output matches the information and files submitted, the order is considered correct and complete.

✔️ Refunds or Replacements (Accepted Only If)
A full refund or free replacement will be issued only if:
1. We sent the wrong item
(e.g., wrong design, wrong name, wrong product).
2. There is a confirmed defect in the material or print quality.
3. The design delivered does not match the approved layout or product listing, and the error is on our side.
4. Item was damaged during shipping, and proof is provided within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Please send clear photos/videos of the issue to our customer support so we can assist promptly.

📸 Photo Submission Guidelines
To achieve the best results, please upload high-resolution and well-lit photos.
Low-quality photos may affect the outcome; this is not considered a defect and will not be eligible for refund or reprint.
If the uploaded photo does not meet our recommended standard, we may notify you—but the final responsibility lies with the customer.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the design or production stage.
• For rush orders, cancellations are not allowed once payment is confirmed.
